ScheduledReconsidering Business Japanese Learning in the AI Era

The rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI and machine translation is dramatically reshaping the environment surrounding foreign language learning. In an era where AI handles sophisticated translation and communication support, what does it truly mean to learn Japanese?
Centering on language learning in the AI era, this lecture explores new possibilities for Japanese language acquisition based on the latest research findings and real-world application cases. We will examine from multiple angles what can be streamlined through AI, as well as the unique capabilities that only humans can cultivate, seeking out the future of Business Japanese learning. We hope this session provides a valuable opportunity to reflect together on the Japanese language proficiency required in an age of AI coexistence, and how learning Japanese can lead to future career development and success on the global stage.
