Vice Director and Senior Researcher, NPO Japanese Language Education Research Institute. Adjunct Lecturer at J. F. Oberlin University, Kokushikan University, Rikkyo University, Meiji University, and the Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo Japanese Language Education Course.
After obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Japanese Language Education from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia, began her career as a Japanese language teacher at the University of Sydney and Saturday schools, subsequently earning an MA (Asian Studies) from the University of Sydney Graduate School.
Upon returning to Japan, engaged in Japanese language education across diverse settings including Tokyo-based Japanese language schools, universities, corporations, and local governments.
Has extensively contributed to human resource development, including training Japanese language support volunteers at Kita Ward Volunteer Classes, training Japanese language teachers at Japanese language schools, and training Japanese language teachers for business professionals at corporations.
Her work extensively covers textbook creation, writing, course design, and coordination. Her major publications include Business Manners and Rules for International Students and Employees and Business Japanese: Teaching & Working Guide, along with practical series designed to bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate levels.
