Mr.Hisashi NODA

Graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Studies, Osaka University of Foreign Studies (currently Osaka University), majoring in Spanish. Completed a Master’s program specializing in Japanese linguistics at the Graduate School of Foreign Studies, Osaka University. Holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Tsukuba.
Served as an assistant at Osaka University of Foreign Studies, lecturer at the University of Tsukuba, and lecturer, associate professor, and professor at Osaka Prefecture University. Professor at the National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics since 2012, and professor at Nihon University’s College of Humanities and Sciences since 2021.
A leading figure in the fields of reading instruction for Japanese language learners and Japanese educational grammar research, having published significant insights into Japanese linguistics and Japanese language education. Works include "日本語コミュニケーションのための読解教材の作成" (How to Create Reading Materials for Japanese Communication) and "コミュニケーションのための日本語教育文法" (Japanese Educational Grammar for Communication).
