Completed the doctoral program in Japanese Language Education at the Graduate School of Japanese Applied Linguistics, Waseda University. Ph.D. in Japanese Language Education. Has held positions as a part-time lecturer at Aoyama Gakuin University and Sophia University, and as an assistant professor at the Japanese Language Education, University of Tokyo, before assuming the current position.
